May 2009 saw the amazing an courageous transformation of the original Choir of Hard Knocks members choosing independence and finally owning their own name and having full voting rights with their new Incorporated Association. After a nationwide search and thousands of suggestions, the common theme that arose from all the hundreds of names offered by the public and the choir members themselves, was that of hope and inspiration!

What more fitting name for the choir members, looking forward with even more confidence, to loads of exciting projects and concerts as the choir enters its fourth year since inception to become the CHOIR of HOPE & INSPIRATION!
