DO YOU WANT TO SING WITH JONATHON? COME AND JOIN THECHO!R

After being asked so many times if I had a general community choir in Melbourne that people could come and join, I'm delighted to announce the creation of Melbourne's newest and most exciting non-auditioned choir last month: THECHO!R

With the support of St Vincent's Hospital providing us with a wonderful rehearsal space at Brenan Hall (located within the entrance to the hospital on Victoria Parade near the corner of Nicholson Street), THECHO!R rehearses every Wednesday evening from 7pm to 10pm (during school terms) and welcomes everyone that loves to sing ... or perhaps hasn't sung in a choir since school ... or has even never sung in a choir!

I am loving working with these wonderfully passionate and talented singers each week, and also the sense of community that is already being created as we also plan to help support and fund raise for our community choir projects including the funding of choir programs into the prison system and the purchase of new music for the choir in Marysville that lost all their resources during Victoria's worst ever bushfires.
